Should i tell my counselor about this?

The good thing about a counsellor is that they make no personal judgements... they see you as a job... which I suppose can be bad in a way... but they are trained not to make judgements or personal assumptions. So there isn't really a need to be embarrased talking to them. They're usually really nice people too. Just pretend they're a talking robot with some kind of specialised understanding thing. Again no need to feel embarrased or scared. They're nice people with no personal opinions. Share as you like  [Snuggle]

I don't think there's anything wrong with Masturbation... it is portrayed as wrong by christians... but most doctors and health professionals ahve discovered its actually good for you in many ways. Stress relief... sexual relief... and the hormones released when you (cum/org**m) help ur body with various things. and it is a natural thing. Your counsellor would probably assure you its alright... don't worry about it. And if it makes you feel really bad maybe tell your councellor and they'll back me up. Its upta you. Good luck [Snuggle]

I think its something that is not your fault. I think you should talk to your counselor about it. Its something she can help you with. I think the bad feelings would go away if you talked about it. And got it out in the open with your counselor. Think about telling her. It would help.

i think you should see a doctor,
you could have bipolar or schizophrenia
if you go to the right sort you wont need to feel embarrassed because psychiatrists are paid to deal with this sort of thing.
